Hi folks, have been busy with family (mostly) over last few weeks so activity levels in BBS have been low.

Now back into it, and working to add new nodes over the coming days then will look to cull / update MIA nodes from NET 1 and 4 to start with.

Solaris - I'll need to work with you to make sure we have NET 2 trimmed up if need be as well :)

Hi folks

I have not been very active over the last 6-8 weeks and my apologies for the lack of replies etc.

My mum/mom passed away a few weeks ago and because of that I've been busy in the lead up to her death supporting my dad and then juggling a funeral etc.

I plan to start to circle back to BBSing and catch up (slowly) on my network admin, echomail, netmail etc.

If you're reading this and had emailed me to apply for a node number and not heard back in recent times, I'm sorry but it's family stuff that comes first and I hope you understand.

Mum's death was not unexpected, she had been suffering from dementia for the last few years and it had been a long slow goodbye with an uncertain end date... nothing I'd wish on anyone.

Any who that's the latest... I haven't completely dropped off the face of the earth but I have been juggling family and work a lot more these past few months.

I hope this finds you well, and as always thanks for being part of the fsxNet community.

I fear I'm going down the same road - my mother fell 5 weeks ago, broke
her hip and elbow. She's in an inpatient rehab facility now and we're
shopping for memory care facilities for her - she won't be able to go
home and live alone any more. The fall was more of an accellerant - we
were headed towards memory care for a while.

We're trying to keep the place tidy. So far, it's been pretty
politics-free, which is impressive.
